At Gynocare Women’s and Fistula Hospital, we specialize in the surgical repair of all types of female genital fistulae—the core reason the hospital was established. Each patient’s treatment and hospital stay depends on the type and severity of the fistula, as well as the surgical approach required.

Before any repair is done, our team conducts thorough screening and clinical assessments, including a detailed medical history and diagnostic tests, to confirm the presence and nature of the fistula.

Once confirmed, the patient is admitted, prepared, and scheduled for surgery at our Eldoret facility.
