Accident & Emergency
Also known by the name emergency department. Open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for any person with an illness or accident that require an urgent intervention. The following conditions may require to be treated at this department:
  • Sudden or severe onset of shortness of breath.
  • Minor and major traumas such road traffic accident (RTA).
  • Unexplained chest pain.
  • Uncontrollable bleeding.
  • Any kind of poisoning.
  • Injuries.
  • Sudden or severe onset of diarrhoea.
There is also a large general waiting area where patients are attended to basing on the severity of their conditions for easy provision of care as needed. A stand by fully equipped ambulance for referrals and rescue makes a challenging day manageable.
